Presentation

The Shipyard School of Consorci El Far aims to provide specialised vocational training in maritime trades to respond to the needs of the nautical and port sector. The training department attends to the needs of companies, institutions and entities in the sector and encourages workers’ ongoing training.

The Shipyard School provides training courses in the professional fields of boat maintenance, repair and building. The training offer is implemented according to two lines of action:

• Official Training: intermediate level training in boat maintenance and port services.
• Vocational Training: workshop schools and occupational workshops.

The Shipyard School encourages and participates in definition of vocational capacity and skills in the nautical and port sectors.
