    Consorcio El Far has its head office at Calle Escar, no. 6, 08039, Barcelona, and its Tax Identification Number is P5890002H.
    The web www.consorcielfar.org is the only official web site of Consorci El Far and contains the informative content and electronic forms that may be unloaded by the users to deal with the applications for inscription of the activities of Consorcio El Far via telematics.
    On this web site, Consorcio El Far aims to encourage public access to information on the activities it performs. The Consortium attempts to ensure that information is up to date and exact  and, thus, it reserves the right to update the content of the web page and to eliminate material, as well as limiting and preventing access, either on a temporary or definitive basis, without prior notice. The information this web site contains is general in nature and does not refer to specific circumstances related to specific people or bodies.

      2. The Consortium cannot guarantee that access to the web and its content will be error free, or that this is fully updated, although it does make the necessary effort to avoid these and to amend or correct these as soon as possible, whenever they are notified.
      "Consorci El Far" shall not be held liable, under any circumstance, for content, information or images that are not part of the actual web or managed by the Consortium, or for damages or losses that might arise from knowledge by unauthorised third parties, notwithstanding the terms set forth in the laws in force.
      Likewise, the Consortium does not guarantee that a document available on line exactly reproduces an officially adopted text. The information provided through this web does not substitute the legally required announcements of the general provisions and acts that require formal publication in the Official Journal of the Government of Catalonia, or in other newspapers or official journals as appropriate. The printed version is the sole instrument that records their authenticity and content.
      The Consortium will not be held liable for information, opinions and concepts issued, published or distributed through the web site, any other web site linked to it, from which access is obtained through the Consortium web site by links or any other of the services attached to or listed on the linked web page.

  2. Conditions of use and operation of the web site
    3. Use of this web page grants one the status of user of the web page (hereinafter User) and implies full, unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, in the version published by Consorcio El Far, at the moment the user accesses the web page.
    The Consorcio El Far web page may be freely visited by the Users, except for the restricted areas.
    The User undertakes to use the web page, its content and services according to the law and this Legal Notice and the particular conditions of certain services, regulations on use and instructions provided to inform the User. To that end, the User must abstain from using any of the services with purposes or effects that are illicit, prohibited or damaging to the rights and interests of third parties.

    1. Exemption from liability for use and operation of the web site
      2. Liability for use of the information the web site contains lies with the user. Consorcio El Far is waived all liability for damages and losses of all kinds that might arise from access, gathering and use by third parties of the information and advertising this web site contains, and the opinions provided by its users.
      The users are the sole and exclusive party responsible for their identifying information for access to the services and content of this web site, consisting of user names and passwords. Consorcio El Far will not be held responsible for improper use of the Users’ identification and access codes, nor for consequences of any nature arising from misuse by the Users, nor improper use by unauthorised third parties.
      The Consorcio provides its services and content with all the technical resources at its scope to carry out this provision satisfactorily. The Consortium will not be held responsible for the damages and losses of any nature that might arise from availability and technical continuity in operation of the web site. In all cases, the Consortium will perform all the necessary actions to re-establish the services in the event of technical problems.

  3. Intellectual property rights
    4. The content and graphic elements that form part of the web site www.consorcielfar.org distributed through it are the exclusive property of Consorcio El Far and its authors and they are considered protected works according to Legislative Royal Decree 1 / 1996, of 12 April, that approves the redrafted text of the Intellectual Property Act, and the international treaties signed on these matters will also be applicable.
    Notwithstanding this, reproduction of the content of the Consortium web site is authorised as long as the source is mentioned, and except if instructions to the contrary are given. In cases where prior authorisation is required to reproduce or use textual data or multimedia (sounds, images, programs, etc.), that authorisation will make void the general authorisation mentioned above and the possible restrictions on use will be clearly indicated.
    Under no circumstances will authorisation be given to:
    Display a page from the web site in a window that does not belong to the Consortium by "framing".
    Insertion of an image from the web page on a page other than that of the Consortium by "in line linking" or bandwidth theft.
    Eextraction of elements of the web site causing damage to the Consortium pursuant to the provisions in force.
    The distinctive marks or signs, logotypes and, in general, distinctive symbols of any nature that are shown on the Consortium web site are its property and protected by the current laws in force.

    5. This information refers to the management modes of the web site of Consorcio El Far, on processing personal data.
    It is information on the interconnections and web services of the Consortium that are accessible by telematic means at the URL www.consorcielfar.org for the home page of the official site of the Consortium. This information refers to the Consortium’s site and not to other web sites that may eventually be consulted by link.
    This information is based on Recommendation number 2 / 2001 adopted by the European Personal Data Protection Authorities on 17 May 2001, through Article 29 Working Party on Directive 95/46/EC.

      2. During its normal operation, the browsing system and service required to operate this web site gathers some personal data for transmission of which the use of Internet communication protocols is implicit.
      This is information that is not obtained to be linked to identified subjects, but which due to its nature might allow their identification during its preparation or association with third party data.
      That category of data contains the IP address or domain name of the computer used by the User to access the web site, the URL of the resource requested, the time, the method used to consult the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code that indicates the state of the server response (result successful or failed, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system of the User’s computer environment.
      That data is used exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical data on use of the web site, or to control its specific technical operation and it is immediately cancelled after it is prepared, notwithstanding the obligations of the server pursuant to Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce.

      3. Personal data requested from the users will only consist of those involving their identification in the strictly necessary general terms to provide the services. That information will be used exclusively to provide an effective reply or provision of the service to the user and not for any other purpose.
      That data will be subject to processing within the relevant files at Consorci El Far, which will provide the users the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to providing personal data, they may access this Legal Notice, or any other relevant information, and may provide their consent for the Consortium to proceed to process the users, personal data, when appropriate.

    3. Rights of the parties concerned.
      4. People are entitled to obtain confirmation, at any time, of the existence of processing of their personal data, its content, the origin, verification of its state, as well as exercise of any of the other rights recognised under articles 14 to 17 of the Organic Act on Data Protection (LOPD). These rights may be exercised before Consorci El Far (Article 7, Act 5 / 2002), at its head office at Calle Escar, 6, Barcelona.
